The Happening

Six months ago, Empire city was united, powerful, prosperous. There was little crime, aside from the few occasions of the local crime gangs. It was all run by the First sons, a military operation that preformed technological tests. Everything went find, until a mysterious man took control, he worked on a strange project for two months, he had a single courier to bring the package out of the facility, when everything just... blew up.

Now, The city is torn into three parts, all waring with eachother, trying to gain the upper hand and control the city.
